October is Cyber Security Awareness Month! A few tips (most you know, some you may not):

• Don't reuse passwords, get a password manager. I use 1Password but any is better than none.
• Always turn on MFA if it's an option. Prefer an app response to a text or voice call.
• Even if you're upset about having to change a password, #Oct2024 is not a good choice.
• If you're on a public WiFi, in a hotel or a coffee shop, use a VPN service. I recommend NordVPN.

Passwords are a pain, but it's the world we live in. Don't give away your information just because you don't like them.
